1. The Service

ChibiFans Inc. is a fan engagement platform where users can create a digital identity via an avatar, complete missions to earn "Points," and use those Points to acquire digital cosmetic items.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) using automated scripts to collect information (botting); (ii) attempting to interfere with system integrity; (iii) engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity.

3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
